• AIR System Down Time: November 8–12

The TIDE and TDS systems will be unavailable from Friday, November 8 at 5 pm to Tuesday, November 12 at 5 am. AIR will be applying updates to TIDE over the holiday weekend to align student test settings with the GTSA. Owing to the anticipate changes, it is encouraged for all paused tests to be completed and submitted by November 8. All systems are expected to be available on Tuesday, November 12, for testing to resume.

Additionally, the TIDE template that is used for bulk uploads of student test settings will be updated during this time. We ask that districts and schools hold any bulk uploads of student test settings until November 12. After this update, the template will need to be downloaded again for bulk uploads.

  • April 16, 2019 – Secure Browsers

Chrome OS 73 is now supported with a possible issue. TTS voice check fails on some devices. The workaround is to uninstall and reinstall the app. This is random and currently there is no way to determine which devices will require intervention. AIR is working with Google to identify the cause of this issue.
